Social Skills
Through a variety of experiences, each child learns to value the rewards of responsible behavior and develop a positive self image.

Language Development
Literacy is developed through children's literature, poetry, flannel board stories, drama, listening, speaking and letter recognition

Gross Motor Skills
Large muscles are developed through activities that include movement to music, outdoor play equipment, tumbling and parachute games.

Fine Motor Skills
Small muscles are developed through activities that include manipulatives, blocks, puzzles, scissor skills and printing practice.

Science and Nature
An appreciation for science and nature is developed through gardening, nature study, cooking and fun experiments

Math
Math skills are introduced through counting, number recognition, unit blocks, puzzles, sorting/classifying and "shopping" at the FDC market.

Arts and Crafts
Creativity is developed through drawing, cutting, gluing, painting, clay sculpting, and creating theme related crafts.
