Pre-K March Newsletter
Units
Our topics this month revolve around St. Patrick's Day, Easter, and Dr. Seuss.
Readiness
The children will review the alphabet letters Ee, Ww, Jj, Hh, and Xx, and the numbers 19 and 20. They will also use their senses to discover rhyming, patterning, predictions, and classifying.
Open House
Please do not forget to come to our Open House on March 7th. The 3AM, 3PM, and Pre-K classes and their families should come from 1:30-3:00 PM. The 4AM and 4PM classes should come from 3:00-4:30 PM. We are splitting the classes primarily because of parking problems and over-crowding inside the building. At the Open House we will have THE STUDENT'S ART WORK, A SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR, THE 50/50 RAFFLE, AND BASKET RAFFLES.
Registration for 2010-2011
Registration for the next school year is going well, but we still have openings in all of our classes. Please spread the word by telling your friends and neighbors!

March 7th: FDC Open House!!
3's and Pre-K: Please try to visit between 1:30 and 3 PM
4's: Please try to visit between 3 and 4:30 PM
March 8th: No School due to Day Out with Dad on March 13th!
March 10th: Show and Tell
March 13th: Day out with Dad! Bowling begins at 11 AM at the Freeway
Bowling Lanes in Zelienople! Soft drinks & pizza served.
March 30th: Easter Egg Hunt
March 31st: Workshop day: No school
April 1st-5th: Spring Break -- Happy Easter!
April 6th: School Resumes
